A fast growing company in the Spokane, Washington area is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who is responsible for performing a broad range of administrative and operational support duties for the Human Resources team. This position will included managing e-filing and other document storage needs per regulatory requirements and company policies, managing inventory, ordering and distributing agent required items, preparing new hire orientation materials and managing front-line employee requests concerning general policies, payroll and other requests. The candidate will demonstrate and maintain professionalism, accountability, confidentiality and a team-based approach within the HR team and internal customers. The candidate will also approach each day with a positive attitude and a desire to work; be open to feedback, growth and development, function as the backup for the Operations Admin Assistant and perform other duties as needed.
+ One year HR experience + High School Diploma required, additional level of education a plus + One year of HR administrative support experience + High level of proficiency in the MS Office suite + Ability to follow through on assignments and projects + Able to multi-task a variety of duties with occasionally competing priorities

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
