Our client in Spokane Valley is looking to add an Office Manager to their staff due to growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to multitask. They adjust well with changes and are able to perform under pressure. Key responsibilities will include: -Ordering office supplies and lunches when needed -Scheduling meetings -Working with property management for complaints -Working with suppliers and vendors -Setting up offices for new employees including access badges -Filing, scanning, copying and distributing documents -Planning company events

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
